Our financing application collects business and owner details, financing needs, and supporting documents. Optional marketing preferences, your name, email, phone number, consent version, source, and consent timestamp are stored through Netlify when you opt in. Our financing application may collect business and owner information, financial details, identification information, bank statements, and signatures.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, review financing requests, verify information, administer financing relationships, prevent fraud, maintain records, and meet applicable obligations. We send marketing emails or text messages when you opt in.

Service providers and disclosures

Website hosting and optional marketing consent records are processed through Netlify. Financing applications, document uploads, and signatures are processed through Jotform. We may share information with service providers supporting these functions, or when required by law. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information solely to deliver our messaging services.

Your choices

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of financing. Unsubscribe using the link in an email or reply STOP to a marketing text. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, contact mo@keystonecapitalco.com. We may retain records necessary for legal, contractual, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping obligations.

Security and retention

Hosting services, Jotform, Google Fonts, Google Maps Platform (address suggestions), and CAPTCHA providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser data to deliver services and protect against abuse.
